2026 Popular Annual Financial Report
Dear Parma City School District Community,
As a public school district, we have a responsibility to be good stewards of the resources entrusted to us and to be transparent about how those resources support our students, staff and schools.
Each year, Parma City School District publishes a Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) to provide our community with an easy-to-understand look at the District’s finances. I invite you to take a few minutes to review this year’s report and learn more about how our District operates.
The FY2026 PAFR provides information about where our revenue comes from and how our resources are spent. It also includes information about property taxes, the District’s effective tax rate, outstanding debt and other financial trends. Beyond the numbers, the report offers a snapshot of our District, including our students, staff, schools, transportation services, meals and Career Technical Education programs, and highlights some of the accomplishments and opportunities we provide for our students.
