TCA Secondary Student Login Info

Dear Secondary Parents and Guardians,

As you may or may not know, TCA moved to its own domain over the summer. We are pleased to provide you with information on how to set up your child's student account information. Please use this info to log in starting Monday, August 10, 2026. Students can also wait to login when they return to school. This account gives students access to Microsoft 365 resources, including Outlook e-mail, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other school-related applications. It will also be used to login to school computers.

Student Username

Your child's new username is their 6-digit student ID number (same number as before) followed by @msa.tcatitans.org

Example: 123456@msa.tcatitans.org

Student Password

Your child's default password will be TCA- followed by their date of birth (mmddyyyy)

Example: TCA-01012026

Please note:

• TCA must be entered in all capital letters.
• The dash (-) is required.
• mmddyyyy represents your child's date of birth.

How to Sign In

1. Open a web browser and go to www.office.com and select Sign In.
2. Enter your child's full student username (12345@msa.tcatitans.org) and select Next.
3. Enter your child's default password and select Sign In.
4. This will prompt you to create a new password for your student’s account. *

   · Password Requirements: Must be AT LEAST 12 characters and contain 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, and 1 special character

5. Once signed in, your child will have access to their school resources and applications.
