THURSDAY- 4:45-6:30 FULL BAND AFTER SCHOOL
FRIDAY - AWAY GAME, TAYLOR (AUSTIN TX) - Thundercloud Dinner
Tentative Schedule: (t-shirt and shorts under uniform)
- 4:00 Load/Leave
- 6:20/30 Arrive, Unload
- 7:00 pregame starts
- 7:30 game
- 10:00 Load trailer/Load Busses
- 12:00 Arrive/go Home, Unload trailer in the morning
STARFALL SHIRT AND BAND SHORTS FOR THE STANDS
- 6:45am Band Hall Opens and Unload Trailer for rehearsal
- 7:20 Run Through
- 8:10 Pack Truck/Get Dressed
- 9:00 Roll Check
- 9:15 Depart - eat breakfast on the bus
- 10:00 Arrive at Pieper HS
- Unload, etc
- 11:00 Warm Up
- 11:45 Perform
- 12:00 Load equipment in trailer, change out of uniforms (hawk band shorts and starfall shirts (hats / sunglasses / sunscreen)
- eat concession stand food for lunch (there will also be food trucks)
- 4:30 Awards
- 5:15 load busses if we don't make finals
- 6:00 Arrive at CLHS, unpack and go home
If we make finals
- 6:45 finals start
- 10:45 Awards
- 11:30 Depart for CLHS
- 12:15 am Arrive and Unload
