Impact Aid Forms
Bryan County Schools participates in the Federal Impact Aid Program, which helps provide funding to school districts that serve military families and others who live or work on federal property.
These funds are an important part of how we support our students and schools. They help us provide quality educational programs, resources, and services across our district.
Impact Aid forms were sent home on Tuesday, October 8, 2025.
Parents/guardians of students who are either (1) employed on federal property or (2) active-duty military as of October 7, 2025, are asked to please complete, sign and return the form to your child’s school as soon as possible.
Every form counts! By completing and returning your form, you’re helping Bryan County Schools continue to provide Excellence and Success in ALL we do!
SB351 Lesson Summary
On Thursday, October 16th, RHHS students participated in their third of five Parent Pro Tech lessons on digital citizenship & online safety. This third lesson titled, “Cultivating Kindness and Empathy Online”, asked students to reflect on the power they have to shape a positive online culture. They practiced and reflected upon the art of respectful digital communication, equipping them with the essential skills for navigating online communities with empathy and integrity.
To reinforce this lesson with your child at home, the following discussion points can be used:
- How can our online behavior impact others?
- What are the characteristics of respectful digital interactions?
- Why is it important to consider empathy and kindness in our online interactions?
RHHS is using the state-approved Parent Pro Tech curriculum to satisfy the requirements of Georgia Senate Bill 351 (SB351). Georgia SB351 is designed to enhance student safety and digital awareness through instruction on responsible online behavior, recognizing and avoiding harmful online content, and engaging families in digital safety conversations. The bill mandates that schools provide age-appropriate lessons to students on digital citizenship and online safety and that parents be informed and included throughout the process.
Families are welcomed & encouraged to sign up for a free Parent Pro Tech account to view resources and activities to utilize at home!

Car-rider/parent drop-off information - Click Here
- If you are dropping off a car rider, please stay in the right lane and keep the left lane open when entering the round-a-bout for our student drivers.
- When dropping your child off in the morning and when picking them up in the afternoon, we kindly ask that you pull all the way down to the sidewalk right before the student parking lot B entry and ensure that your child is ready to unload as soon as you stop. This will allow for us to clear Belfast Keller and keep traffic rolling. Is it further than curbside drop-off? Yes. Is it going to allow for more cars to drop off at once? Yes. Is it a safe alternative? Absolutely. We appreciate you working with us so we can clear the car line in a timely fashion.
- If I arrive with my child prior to the 7am opening of school can they disembark from the car? Yes. We would appreciate you going ahead and letting them out. They are welcome to wait outside in the front of the school or step into the air conditioned foyer of the building prior to all-staff arrival.
