A Message from the Superintendent

Dear Sanford-Fritch ISD Parents and Families,

Thank you for a wonderful first six weeks of school and for helping us get off to such a successful start with our new four-day school calendar. We have received many positive comments regarding the new schedule, and we appreciate everyone’s flexibility and support as we continue to adjust. We will also conduct a district-wide check-in at the semester to gather feedback and see how the calendar is working for our students, families, and staff.

As I walk through our campuses each day, I am encouraged by the tremendous amount of learning and hard work taking place throughout our district. One of my favorite parts of the day is having the opportunity to stand on the porches of our different campuses in the mornings and see the smiling faces of your children as they arrive at school.

You entrust us with your children each day, and we take that responsibility very seriously. We are grateful for the opportunity to care for, educate, and support them. We are also thankful that we were able to add a School Resource Officer to our district this year, providing an additional layer of security and support for our campuses each day.

Thank you again for everything you do to support Sanford-Fritch ISD. The partnership between our schools and families is essential to the success of our students, and we truly appreciate your continued trust and involvement.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if there is anything we can do to help ensure a successful partnership in your child’s education.

Respectfully,

Kim Surles
Superintendent, Sanford-Fritch ISD
