The Stuff the Bus annual school supply and fundraising drive, supporting BCSD and Polaris Career Center, will take place on August 2nd from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. BCSD buses will be parked at the Marc's stores in Berea, Brook Park, and Middleburg Heights.

Stuff the Bus aligns with Ohio's Annual Sales Tax Holiday. The 2025 sales tax holiday will take place from 12 a.m. Friday, August 1, until 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 14. Also, more purchases are eligible. Visit the Ohio Department of Taxation web page for more details.

Families, please take note of this information about supply pick up.

Supply pick up will be on Saturday, August 9th at Big Creek Elementary School cafeteria from 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Families registering to receive supplies must be part of the Berea City School District. Registered BCSD students will have the opportunity to "shop" for school supplies with no cost to families.

The registration information collected will be used to verify eligibility and help organize the distribution efficiently. Please complete the registration form for each child in your household.

Check-In Process:
Upon arrival, please proceed to the check-in table in the gym. We require that your student(s) be present. Each student will receive a copy of the supply list, and their grade level will be listed at the top of the list. Each supply station table will have a volunteer to assist in distribution.

We understand that there may be circumstances where a student cannot be present. If your student is unable to attend, please bring a valid form of identification.
