It is hard to believe it is October! Next week will be the end of the 9 weeks already. As we embark on another exciting school year, I want to emphasize the importance of collaboration and teamwork between our school and your home. Together, we can create a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters the growth and success of our students. At Warrior Elementary, we believe that strong partnerships with our families are essential. Your involvement and support play a crucial role in helping our students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. By working together, we can ensure that every child reaches their full potential. Our school motto, “Be Warrior Ready,” reflects our commitment to believing in the abilities of our students and supporting them in achieving their goals. Let’s continue to work hand in hand to inspire and empower our Indians to excel in all their endeavors. One of the most important endeavors is school attendance. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the most significant benefit of regularly attending school is tied to academic achievement. Students who regularly attend school are known to achieve at higher levels than students who do not attend regularly, according to the National Center for Education Statistics. This is due to how each school lesson builds upon the previous one throughout the year. With each lesson missed, it becomes more and more challenging for students to catch up and fill their knowledge gaps. A student’s presence in class is vital to their educational success and each future lesson and test.Thank you for your ongoing support and dedication to our school community. Together, we can make this year a remarkable one for our students.
