Native American Heritage Month
November is here!
Lincoln Families,
November marks Native American Heritage Month, a time to recognize, honor, and celebrate the rich histories, cultures, and enduring contributions of Native American and Indigenous peoples. This month offers us a meaningful opportunity to learn about the first stewards of this land and the many ways their traditions, values, and innovations continue to shape our communities today.
At Lincoln, we are committed to fostering curiosity, empowerment, and belonging for all students. As we celebrate Native American Heritage Month, we encourage our community to explore stories that highlight the strength, resilience, and wisdom of Indigenous peoples—past and present. Together, let’s take time to listen, learn, and celebrate the vibrant cultures that are an essential part of our shared American story.

Red Ribbon Week!
Thank you!
Thank you to our entire Lincoln community for your enthusiastic participation in Red Ribbon Week! It was inspiring to see our students and staff come together to promote healthy choices and take a stand against substance abuse.
We’re especially proud of the many students who signed the pledge to live drug-free and make positive decisions that support their well-being and future success.
Your support helps reinforce these important messages at home and strengthens our shared commitment to keeping our Lincoln community safe, healthy, and strong.
Parent Worksop
Yondr Pouches
Coming Soon
We wanted to share an update regarding our upcoming Yondr pouch implementation. After thoughtful consideration and continued planning, we will be pushing the implementation to second semester, beginning when we return from Winter Break.
This adjustment will allow us additional time to ensure a smooth rollout and provide students, staff, and families with clear communication and support before we begin. We remain committed to creating a focused and connected learning environment where students can fully engage in their learning and school community.
Thank you for your understanding and partnership as we prepare for this important step.
Cultural Sensitivity Sessions
Thank you!
Our students have been participating in Cultural Sensitivity Sessions led by our Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Marie Johnson. These sessions are part of our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful school community.
Dr. Johnson is guiding students through meaningful conversations and activities that emphasize how words matter and how kindness, empathy, and understanding help build a positive environment where everyone feels valued and included.
We’re proud of the thoughtful engagement our students have shown during these sessions and appreciate your continued partnership in supporting a culture of respect and belonging at Lincoln.
