Elementary Christmas Program Update

Christmas Program Changes and New Plans

After careful consideration, we have decided that we will not hold our elementary school Christmas programs in person this year. We simply don’t feel it would be responsible to encourage such a large gathering of all our students and families at this time. Our students have still been learning their songs, and they will have a chance to rehearse and perform in the school gym on December 6 and 7. On December 7, we will be filming these performances, which will then be shared out with families through our Google Classrooms. Children are encouraged to wear red and/or green or a special holiday outfit on Tuesday, December 7 for the filming of their show.

It is our sincere hope that we will be able to hold a more traditional music program with our students in the spring. Thank you for continuing to be so understanding as we work to strike a balance between traditional opportunities and COVID safety.
