Week of January 8, 2023
Happy New Year! It's been a terrific first week of the new year watching the students get back to the rigor and routine of the school day.
This month's curriculum is all about the farm. Students will read books such as: Welcome to the Farm, How do machines help farmers' , In the Barnyard, and Click Clack Moo just to name a few. Center times will include working on the farm, setting up farm stands, taking care and learning about the many barnyard animals found on the farm.
Health and Safety:
If your child is out for more than 3 consecutive days, you must have a doctor's note in order for your child to return to school. If you need to email Nurse Hilton her email is as follows:
bernadette.hilton@weymouthschools.org
In Massachusetts, the law requires every person riding in a passenger motor vehicle to wear a seat belt that is properly fastened and adjusted. Children are required to sit in a federally approved child passenger restraint. The child's seat should be suitable for their age and weight. Please make sure your children are properly buckled into their seatbelts before exiting the school driveway.
TECHNOLOGY:
If you did not pick up your child's Ipad please make arrangements with the office to pick up.

Parent Council
Looking for new members! Our current leadership team will be moving on to the primary schools this fall. We value and appreciate all that they have been able to do this school year for our students and staff.
