Principal's Message Principal's Message

Dear Neubert Families,

Another week of learning is in the books!

I would like to share that our registrar/secretary, Ms. Karan Miller, will be retiring at the beginning of February. She has been such an important part of our school community, and we are grateful for all she has done for our students, families, and staff. Please join us in congratulating her when you stop by the office and in wishing her all the best in her future endeavors!

Thank you to our amazing Neubert families and PTO for making Soup Day such a wonderful treat for our staff! The delicious soups, salads, desserts, and thoughtful details truly made our day and reminded us how supported and appreciated we are. We are so grateful for your generosity and for always finding meaningful ways to take care of our Neubert team.

Just a reminder that there will be no school on Monday, January 19th, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Additionally, Wednesday, January 21st will be a late start day. We look forward to welcoming students back after the long weekend and appreciate your support in planning for these schedule changes.

Your Partner in Education,

Ms. Nicole Bryan, Principal
Neubert Elementary School

Martin Luther King Jr. Day Martin Luther King Jr. Day

In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we pause to remember and celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., whose leadership and vision helped advance justice, equality, and peace. This day reminds us of the power of courage, service, and standing up for what is right, and it invites us all to reflect on how we can treat one another with dignity, kindness, and respect as we work together to build a more just and caring community.

Valentine's for Seniors Card Drive Valentine's for Seniors Card Drive

Valentine’s for Seniors Card Drive

Our school is excited to participate in a Valentine’s for Seniors Card Drive through Senator Darby Hills’ office. This community service opportunity allows students to share kindness and encouragement with senior citizens, particularly those living in assisted-living and long-term care facilities.

Students are invited to create handwritten Valentine’s Day cards that include positive messages, festive decorations, or cheerful drawings.

Details:

  • Please turn in all Valentines to our school’s front office by 1/29/26.

  • Cards will be delivered to seniors before Valentine’s Day.

Thank you for supporting this meaningful opportunity to spread joy and compassion within our community.

The Royal Broom Competition The Royal Broom Competition

Congratulations to Ms. Tushinski's Class!

They are the winners of our Royal Broom Award for keeping the cleanest classroom the entire week of January 5th! Our night custodians crowned them champions, and their room sparkled the brightest. ✨The Royal Broom competition runs all year long, so who will sweep up the honor next week? 🧹

Lost and Found Lost and Found

Updated 01/16/26

We have coats, hats, snow pants and gloves waiting to find their way back home. A few gloves are even still searching for their long-lost matching pair! Please take a moment to review these Lost & Found pictures for any items that may belong to your student.

To help lost items make a quicker reunion in the future, we encourage families to write students’ names on their belongings. A name goes a long way in helping us return items faster. Thank you for helping keep our Lost & Found from growing! 😊
