Jr High & HS December Newsletter

We share a lot of information on social media and through the school app. You can download the app by clicking the linked button below. There is also a youtube video in the link with helpful information on navigating the app.

Open communication among teachers and parents is so important! If you are concerned about something with your student's grade(s), schoolwork, or classroom experience, please reach out to the teacher through Rooms or email. If you are having trouble getting Rooms on your phone, let me (Mrs. Mease) know, and I will do my best to help! All teachers' emails are the same (last name, first initial of the first name, followed by @crane.k12.mo.us). I hope teachers will communicate with you as well. If you don't know a teacher's email because you don't know their first name, I can help you!

• Friday, December 5th is a 3 week grade check. This grade check does NOT affect/change eligibility, but your child will receive a printed progress report, and they will be emailed out to parents and guardians as well.
• Friday, December 19th is the end of the semester. Semester grades will not be mailed home until we return to school in January, however, any students who were ineligible up to this point will become eligible if they have all passing grades for the semester. Students who have any Fs at this point will be ineligible for athletic or other competitions for the entire 2nd semester.

Throughout the year, if you ever have questions, comments, or concerns, reach out to me, and I will do my best to help. Email is probably best as I check it quite often, but phone calls and in-person visits are always welcome as well! My email is measet@crane.k12.mo.us, and my office number is 417-723-5300. Many people have my cell phone number, and I don't mind receiving texts or phone calls at that number, however, I'm not going to post it on social media! I am happy to serve our school and community.
