Monday, August 4, 2025 -- SUMMER EDITION
Wake Up Inspired and Go Home Fullfilled
Greetings Knight Family! We hope you are enjoying a safe, relaxing, and fun-filled summer! As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we wanted to share a few exciting updates through this "Summer Edition" of the FAMILY KNIGHTLINE. As the school year approaches the newsletter will be sent weekly with updates regarding events, curriculum, and support for students and families. We look forward to seeing everyone soon.
Student Supply Lists
The supply lists for all classes can be located on the Knight website under the "Parent Information" tab.
Bond Referendum Projects
Construction has been taking place throughout the summer. We are excited to share that our new gym and playgrounds will be ready to use at the beginning of this school year.
In fact, the playgrounds are already accessible.
Preparing the Building for Students, Staff and Families
We are so grateful for our Head Custodian, Jeff Smith, and our Night Custodians, Rosa Aracena and Elizabeth Beltre De Nunez , for their dedication to creating beautiful spaces for our children to learn and grow! Our custodial team is hard at work deep cleaning classrooms and common areas, while assisting with new instructional materials and supplies which are being delivered to support student learning.
Grateful for Mrs. Toni Giampietro
Mrs. Giampietro, secretary extrodinaire, plays an essential role preparing for the upcoming school year; communicating with families and staff, processing purchase orders, uploading class lists, updating the staff calendar, unpacking and delivering supplies to classrooms, and the list goes on and on. Mrs. Giampietro exemplifies what it means to live out our core value of Service. We are so grateful for her positive energy, work ethic and commitment to our school community.
