MPS Community Connections Centers
The Milford Public Schools Community Connections Centers (CCC) are here to build meaningful bridges between families and the essential services available throughout our community.
We proudly serve all Milford elementary students and their families.
If your family is in need of support—whether for housing, utilities, legal assistance, mental health, substance use, parenting, or other daily life concerns—please reach out.
Contact Mrs. Mary-Kate Williams at (203) 882-6094 or Mrs. Cara Dascenzo at (203) 301-5664.
Summer hour appointments are available by phone or email. We are here to help every step of the way.
All family inquiries are treated with the utmost confidentiality. Information is only shared with your permission or in accordance with Connecticut’s mandated reporting laws.
