Device Protection Plan (DPP) 💻
As part of the district’s 1:1 technology initiative, parents have the option to enroll in the
Device Protection Plan . These fees apply to each occurrence. Enrollment in the plan will minimize the potential repair costs associated with the device.
By purchasing this plan, you agree to pay an annual fee of $30 USD. If a device becomes damaged, your child will take the device to the tech office located in the Media Center. DPP does not begin until the annual $30 USD payment has been received.
What is covered under the plan?
· Accidental damage, such as cracked screens or cases, broken keyboard, loss of power cord etc.
Intentional damage to the device is not covered under this plan.
Device Protection Plan can be purchased at the Skyline Book Store, at device pickup or online through the parent portal.
Notice: The Device Protection Plan expires at the end of every school year
Drop Off and Pick Up
Please keep in mind that students arriving to campus after 8:10am should report to the attendance gate to avoid delays and additional walking. All other gates must be locked by the 8:15 bell.
ID Policy and Enforcement
Students without an ID will receive a "Student Notice" to serve as their temporary ID.
Similar to dress code, accumulating multiple student notices may result in disciplinary action or an id replacement fee. Once students accumulate 5 student notices, they will be called to conference with Dean Madrid. Please be sure to go to the bookstore to replace lost ID cards.
This procedure helps us to know we have the right students in the right places. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping campus safe.
Class Fees
Please pay for parking passes and class fees online at https://az-mesa.intouchreceipting.com/. We encourage students to pay fees after schedule change requests are processed. If you are waiting to complete a schedule change, please consider paying fees after this is complete.
