Welcome to our Panther Tales "Mini". We will be back next week with a full-sized Panther Tales. If you did not read Last Week's Panther Tales, you can find more detailed information about these reminders by clicking HERE.

Applications for our AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) Program are open for current 6th and 7th Graders. Students have been hearing about the program at school from teachers and on the announcements. Students who wish to apply to AVID can request a link to the application from any 6th or 7th grade teacher. The application must completed by students (not parents) no later than Noon on March 21st. Students needing help with their application can visit the AVID Room -253- during their compass period on March 19th or 21st and volunteers will be present to provide assistance! Questions? Recommended classes for your student's 2025-26 school year are posted Infinite Campus. Students have also been provided a paper copy.

Students are encouraged to stay and cheer on our Baseball (A) AND Girls' Soccer (A) Teams at Home! The Foundation will be providing FREE PIZZA to students who stay. Gooooo Panthers!!!

Students may dress down in exchange for a $5 donation (Cash or Check). Proceeds benefit RCMS PTA and Foundation. (Students attending the 6th Grade Field trip this day may dress down but may not to wear pajamas.) Volunteers are needed to help sell wristbands. Sign up to volunteer HERE.

If you wish to recognize your student with an ad in the Yearbook, you can purchase the ad by clicking HERE. Yearbook sales close on April 5th. There will be no sales after this date and no extra yearbooks for sale (for real!). Purchase your yearbook HERE.

Visit your student's homeroom AND tour through other rooms where students will be showcasing their favorite MYP unit projects. Music groups from band, orchestra and chorus will be performing throughout the halls. You don't want to miss it!

Third quarter grades will close on Friday, March 14th. Final grades will be entered into Infinite Campus by March 22nd. Please make sure to check in with your student and view their progress!

We have two SGC parent representative positions available for the 25-26 school year. If you are interested in running for one of these spots, you can learn more about the SGC by clicking HERE. You can declare your candidacy HERE.

Volunteers are needed to make our Fun Friday FUN for our students. Sign up HERE if you can help!

This is a reminder that tomorrow, March 14, 2025, is the last day to view your course request verifications and submit any Course Change Requests to the Form: https://forms.office.com/r/ibXHrqZkt9.

It is also the last day to submit waivers and applications for our application courses. Make sure you get these submitted!
