Welcome back to our new school year!
Dear Twin Lake Families,
We have had a great first week of school! We are now ready to handle FULL DAYS of school.
Remember - morning drop off is at 8:25 and afternoon pick up is 3:45. Please make sure that your teacher and your child know how they are getting home this week. Remember, it is a short week due to the Labor Day holiday - No school on Friday, Sept. 4 or on Monday, Sept. 7.
Breakfast is served from 8:25 - 8:45 everyday and is free. Our school lunches are also free for every student this year. We are so happy to keep all of our Rockets well-fed and ready for their school day.
We now have 2 active social media accounts! We have our official Twin Lake Elementary account and we also have a Twin Lake Elementary Connections account. (We also have an awesome Twin Lake PTO Facebook page!) Any of these accounts may post pictures of our kids having a great time at school. We do not share identifying information with the pictures. However, if you do not want your students' pictures posted, please let your students' teacher or the office know and we will not post your student's pictures.
We are here to help! Feel free to call the office at 231-719-3190, if you have questions or concerns. Once school starts, you will use this number to report any student absences as well. The school office will be open Monday through Fridays from 8:00-4:00 each day.
