The first of two Caregiver Conferences this school year will be held on Wednesday, December 10th, from 12:00- 2:30 (the 2nd conference date will be on Wednesday, February 4th at the same time). Options to meet either in person or virtually with teachers for up to 15 minutes will be extended to caregivers. If you choose the virtual meeting option, the respective teacher will send you your unique meeting link. In-person meetings will take place in each teacher’s classroom or office.

Caregiver/teacher conferences provide an essential opportunity to strengthen our partnership with families. These meetings allow us to share students’ progress, celebrate their strengths, and work together to identify supports that will help them grow.

We hope to maximize opportunities for as many families to meet with their respective teachers, so please prioritize which teacher(s) you would like to meet with after reviewing your child’s 1st-quarter report card.

We look forward to meeting you at these conferences to partner with you in support of your child.
