Our Café Supervisor, Viola Wall, took part in the First Annual Borscht Cook-Off and her borscht received glowing reviews from the judges, including "Excellent," "Outstanding," "Zehr gut!" "I love the bun and the dill," and "Hearty." Ultimately, the judges couldn’t choose just one winner and decided to award the trophy to all participants!
