Parent Conferences
Scheduling for parent conferences continues and the first two sessions have already been held. We have one more session that parents may register for, based on availability:
Wednesday, November 12th - 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (IN PERSON)
To sign up for conferences, follow this LINK to a Google Sheet where you can view each teacher's individual sign-up links. Please note that you will need to schedule appointments with each individual teacher that you would like to meet with. Next to each teacher's name, you will see three links to sign-up, one for each of the three conference windows. When you click the link, you may need to navigate to the correct date. You can do this easily by clicking the "Jump to the next available date" option. Remember, the first two sessions have already been held. Only the final session on November 12 is still available.
If a date is showing no availability, that teacher's schedule may be full. The parent conference appointments can fill up quickly, like buying concert tickets. You are welcome to reach out to the teacher individually with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your child’s progress.
Once you schedule your appointment(s), you will receive email confirmations with room locations for in-person appointments and Google Meet links for virtual appointments. These email confirmations will also have instructions should you need to cancel your appointment.
Federal Impact Aid Survey
Since October 15, 2025, Northern Burlington has been electronically soliciting the US Department of Education's Federal Impact Aid Student-Parent Survey Form for the 2025-2026 School Year. This form is available through PowerSchool’s parent portal. This survey is important and determines the amount of Federal Impact Aid the district receives. Consequently, this form, one for each student, needs to be completed and submitted by you (student’s parent/guardian/sponsor) ASAP.
Beginning on October 15, 2025 you will not be able to access your child(ren)’s grades until the survey form is completed so, please complete this electronic survey form. Thank you!

Yearbook Photo Donations
PHOTO DONATIONS:
In the past few years, we have had so many people generously donate photos from their lives at home. We would love to have you share photos with us from life outside of the school building (July 2025-January 2026). We typically use photos of summer vacations, celebrations (birthdays, holidays), and free-time activities (hobbies, sports, relaxing, etc), but we would appreciate all photos. When uploading, please take the time to tag the students in the photo. Photo Share Link: https://photos.jostens.com/MQ8TN9
