Greetings, UCE Families and Friends,

We had another great week here at UCE, filled with learning and fun!

The Homecoming parade is tonight beginning at 4:00 p.m. and will run from the UCE parking lot to the high school fields. We hope you're able to come out for some fun and to cheer on our Bearcats!

We are continuing to review our CHAMPS expectations for our bus riders, as we've seen some unexpected behaviors this week. We are continuing to remind students to remain seated and facing forward, talk at a level 1 or 2 voice (no screaming), not throwing water bottles, and not grabbing for branches out of bus windows. If your child rides the bus, these are great reminders to give before they board in the morning as well.

Just a reminder that picture day is quickly approaching. It will take place here at UCE on September 23rd. See the information below for ordering details (all ordering is done online).

Do you have a 4th or 5th grader who is interested in Robotics? We are inviting students who are interested to stay after school on September 15th for the Robotics call-out meeting with Miss Grisolano. She will be sharing a Google form with you soon to sign your child up. Robotics practices will be every Tuesday, beginning September 15th, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Please pick your child up at the front of the building every Tuesday by 4:30 p.m.
