Many of our Specialty Classes are included in the ASE curriculum at no additional cost! A few classes that focus on skill-building will remain at an additional cost and require a separate registration (see more details below).

IMPORTANT:

  • Enrichment activities are available to students registered and participating in ASE at the time of registration. Due to staffing and security protocols, all students who participate in a class or activity that is part of ASE must be enrolled in ASE and occur on days they regularly attend.

  • We are not associated with CASS, GLEA, or Tucker Enrichment after-school activities organized by each school.

  • All Enrichment Classes begin the week of September 29th. Please see the dates on each description. Classes are not scheduled on Early Dismissal Days or School Closings.

  • Site supervisors will assign students to classes to ensure a broad experience for all students. Please understand that your child may not attend all specialty classes each week to try to give everyone an equal opportunity. Absences from the program may affect attendance in classes. Participants will rotate throughout the fall session, no registration is required.

CLASSES INCLUDED IN THE ASE TUITION:

    • Puddlestompers: "By providing the seeds of interest, the tools for exploration, and the caring guidance of our seasoned teacher-naturalists, we hope to help build the foundation for a lifelong enjoyment of the outdoors and stewardship of nature."

    • Knucklebones: “Using an array of high-quality, unique equipment, we’ll play outside-the-box games for all to enjoy. Capture the Flag meets giant six-foot inflatable tube; welcome to Powerball! Gaga, Poison, and theme days - Color Games, Olympics, and Survivor; everyone will be challenged, learn new skills, and have a blast.”

    • Stage Play with Ms. Kayla: Kayla Fitzgerald will devote a whole week at each site throughout the fall to teach performing arts to students.
