Gator News!

Parents/Families, We are off to an excellent start for the 2026-27 school year. We are now in the 5th week of school. We thank you for your engagement and partnership as we seek to grow all students in their academic abilities and as leaders and citizens. We encourage you to monitor your child's progress through Skyward and by interacting with teachers as needed to help guide your student(s) to success. Students recently took their MAP Beginning-of-Year assessments in Math and ELA and Science will be administered this upcoming week. There may be a few students finishing or making up MAP in Math or ELA this week as well. Please anticipate receiving MAP assessment reports from your child's teachers soon.

Garcia Middle School received an A-Rating and earned all Distinction Designations. Garcia is one of only two middle schools to earn all distinctions this year.
