Happy Friday Slater Families!
The Winter athletic season is up and running (literally, for Indoor Track). It is not too late, though, for any students who would like to join. Please feel free to contact the school if you need more information.
Sophomores recently met with their Counselors to learn about HOBY, a state-wide leadership program for 10th-grade students. Please encourage your child to consider becoming a representative for FHU. To be considered, students need to complete the 5 question survey below by Tuesday, December 10th:

đź’˛Financial Aid Workshop - Recorded Information
On 11/18 the guidance department, accompanied by VSAC, offered a financial aid information session. This session included helpful hints on how to fill out the FAFSA and CSS profile, applying for different types of loans and scholarships, and other tips when it comes to financing your college degree.
You can find the presentation attached below.
Here is the link to the VSAC scholarship booklet. There are several different scholarship opportunities available. There is no limit to how many scholarships a student may apply to.
If you have questions regarding your FAFSA account, VSAC, or other financial information please reach out to your guidance counselor or VSAC coordinator Rachel Casey.
🎓Project Graduation🎓
Project Graduation will be raffling Celtics tickets at upcoming sporting events. Please help support this wonderful program (and possibly win some great seats in Boston)!
