Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we approach the one-month mark of the school year, I would like to take a moment to thank you for your support and partnership during these first few weeks of the school year. It has been wonderful to see our students settling into their routines, building relationships, and engaging in meaningful learning experiences.

Our classrooms have been filled with curiosity and enthusiasm as students become familiar with expectations and establish positive habits for success. We are proud of the hard work our students have demonstrated and grateful for the support you provide at home each day.

While we have accomplished much in a short time, we know that the success of our students is built on the strong partnership between home and school. We encourage you to stay connected with your child's teachers, review school communications regularly, and remain actively involved in our school community.

As we continue through the school year, our staff remains committed to providing a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We look forward to the exciting opportunities and achievements that lie ahead.

Thank you for entrusting us with your child's education and for being an important part of our school family. Together, we can ensure that every student has a positive, rewarding, and successful school experience.

Wishing you and your family a wonderful and successful school year ahead!

Warm regards,

Stacy Reese
Principal

Cambridge University Curriculum Implementation Cambridge University Curriculum Implementation

Cambridge International Education is a global curriculum used by schools in more than 160 countries. Its programs are known for depth over breadth — students learn to think and write like specialists in each subject, and their work is assessed by external examiners rather than by classroom grades alone.

We chose Cambridge because it travels well. With students from more than twenty countries, we needed a curriculum that universities recognize worldwide and that holds real value here in Florida, where Cambridge courses count toward Bright Futures and can earn college credit.

Testing Testing

On Wednesday and Thursday, September 9–10, students will take the NWEA MAP Growth assessments in Math and Reading. These tests are not about grades—they are a way for us to see what students already know and what they are ready to learn next. MAP Growth helps educators understand where students are on their learning journey, track their progress over time, and identify both strengths and areas for improvement.

To set students up for success, please remind them to get a good night’s sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and bring their laptop fully charged.
