Parent Input Survey

Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences are right around the corner during the week of March 16th-19th. There is no school on Thursday, March 19th and Friday, March 20th with Spring Break during the week of March 23rd-27th. Sign-up for conferences here: https://ptcfast.com/schools/Rock_Creek

Thank you for completing a survey for your child's teacher. Your input is important to us. Please also fill out a survey for an additional staff member that your child receives instruction from. If they interact with the counselor, ML teacher, and/or special education teachers please fill out a survey for them. If not, please complete an additional survey for the PE teacher or the music teacher.

When you have finished the survey, please remember to click submit at the bottom of the survey.
