Next week we will be conducting make-up testing for any students that missed state testing last week. If your student missed a test, please be sure to check your email for information on make-ups.

Spring sports are underway at RHS and our teams are completing at a high level. Hopefully we will get more consistent, warmer spring weather for all of the upcoming events.

Please continue to encourage your students to keep up with their attendance and their school work so they end this year on a strong note.

We appreciate you, and all of the support you give to your children (and our students) and our Roosevelt staff.

Being on time to school helps set the stage for a positive and productive day of learning. Recently, we have had a larger number of students arriving to school late. Please remind students of the importance of punctuality. Also, if students would like to stop in the cafe for breakfast each day, they should arrive early enough to do so. The cafeteria begins serving breakfast at 7:30am. Thanks for your help on this!

May 6-10 is Teacher Appreciation Week, and we would love to show our fantastic teachers at RHS just how much we appreciate all they do! All students need to report no later than 7:45 am to test.

We will be holding our Practice AP Tests on May 1. Students will be assigned to either the AM or PM session, and those participating will be excused for that half day of school.

Please note that AP Psychology (APSYCH) students will take their tests in the morning, while all other AP tests are scheduled for the afternoon.

We currently have only 13 spots left for participants!

If you are interested in testing out of a class, please see your counselor for assistance. Please note that the last day to sign up for testing out of a class is May 9.
