It has been another great week at WHS! Be sure to continue to monitor your student's progress in Skyward to ensure they are on track for a successful 1st trimester. As always, reach out to your student's teachers early and often if you have any concerns or ways WHS staff can support your student. Please review the information below for important updates!

Watertown High School

WHS will be holding in-person parent teacher conferences on Thursday, October 20 from 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Parents must register via Skyward for a 10 minute time slot for a conference starting on Tuesday, October 11. Virtual conferences are available if needed, but please register for a time slot and then contact the teacher to arrange the virtual conference. As always, WHS families are welcome to communicate with WHS teachers at any time to discuss process in their student's courses. Please register for conference by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19.

Picture retake day is scheduled for Friday, October 14 in the WHS Media Center during lunch.

• STUDENTS THAT NEED TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED: If students have not been photographed this school year, please be prepared to have a photograph taken on retake day. All students must be photographed so they receive an ID Card.

• STUDENTS THAT WOULD LIKE RETAKE PHOTOS: If you want a retake of your student’s original portrait, please return the original package in its entirety to the photographer on retake day. A replacement package will be printed and delivered to the school with your student’s new image. If you did not purchase photos from the original picture day and want a re-take, please have the student’s picture taken.

• STUDENTS WHO WANT TO ORDER SCHOOL PICTURES FOR THE FIRST TIME: If you would like to order school pictures for the first time, please have your student stop in the Main Office to pick up a picture proof from September.

Senior yearbook photos will need to be uploaded directly to the Herff-Jones website: www.hjeshare.com and the school code is 825. The senior photo should be a headshot with no hands in the photo. The deadline to upload your senior picture is Friday, November 4, 2022. Hard copy photos and emailed senior photos will not be accepted.

Any adult or child that is uninsured, underinsured, or is a participant of the Medical Assistance or BadgerCare Dental Program may contact these dental health resources. When you call to schedule an appointment make sure you mention your child participated in the Watertown SEAL-A-SMILE Program.
