A Message from the Principal
Hello Falcon Family!
I hope everyone enjoyed Spring Break! with their families! Spring is here, the weather is nice, and we are looking forward to the last nine weeks of the school year!
Our first-ever Multicultural Night was amazing! It was fun to learn about other countries and cultures, see some cool artifacts, and taste yummy foods that are staples in other countries! We appreciate the families that participated! I learned a lot, and it made my heart happy to see the students' pride when sharing their knowledge with everyone! Also, thank you to the families that came out to learn more about some of the many cultures represented at our campus and the staff that organized and planned this amazing event!
Also, THANK YOU to the students and families who donated to support our service project! The items will be donated to a homeless shelter to be distributed to those in need. We appreciate you!
The Adventure Dash is off to a great start! Be on the lookout for your children to earn bands by meeting the daily challenge requirements! The Adventure Dash event will be on Friday, March 28th! Times for each grade level will be sent to families soon.
With middle-of-the-year testing complete, teachers would like to update you on your child's progress. Teachers will contact families to schedule a time to meet by phone or in person over the next two weeks. Some teachers may have already communicated their students' progress, either during ARD meetings, phone calls, etc. If you have met with your child's teacher within the last few weeks and you feel comfortable with your knowledge of your child's progress, you will not need to schedule a conference; however, we do ask all other families to prioritize these conferences. You need to know how your child is progressing, the growth they have made, and how they compare to their same-aged peers. Partnering with parents and families is a vital part of each child's success, and we value this partnership with each of you!
IMPORTANT: We value your input and invite you to complete the Leader in Me Measurable Results Assessment (MRA) Survey. This survey is an essential tool that helps us understand our school's strengths and areas for growth, ensuring we provide the best learning environment for your child.
Your feedback will:
- Guide our school's leadership and culture initiatives
- Help us create a positive and empowering environment for all students
- Allow us to better support your child’s academic and personal growth
The survey is confidential and takes just a few minutes to complete. Your perspective is invaluable in shaping the future of our school community!

Falcon Family Tip of the Month
Leader in Me
Family Engagement
Have a conversation with your child about a time that you have practiced Habit 6 by synergizing. Encourage your child to synergize when they are playing with their siblings or friends. Make up scenarios for your child to practice synergizing. Use the word 'synergize' at home to promote a common language between school and home.
