The SEAL program commences June 26 - July 21 and is a 4 week program, with July 4 as a holiday. Alvarado student will attend school at Signal Hill Elementary. The hours will be from 8:00-11:30. If you are interested register on ParentVue ASAP or call our front office for assistance.

Do you want to help out in the classroom or on campus? Do you like going on field trips? Apply to become a parent volunteer, and become a "VIP" by completing the application below. You will need a TB test and a form of ID.

Character Education

Every month during our school year we will focus on a good character trait and talk about it during the month as a class and as a school community. This month our Character Trait is Bullying Prevention/Anti-Bullying. There is a calendar with prompts to discuss with your class regarding this topic.

Each week I will add a secret code word for the students, those who share this with the staff at the gate will get a Caught-Ya slip.

If you see anyone on campus during closed hours or on the weekend please report it to school safety (562) 985-8101 or Signal Hill PD (562) 989-7210. Last weekend we had someone on campus who broke planters and other items that were on campus.
