From the Desk of Dr. Rikki Hunt Taylor
Dear Meridian PCS Parents and Families,
Spring has arrived, bringing renewed energy and momentum to our school community. Congratulations to our students and staff for their strong performance on recent assessments, and thank you to our families for your continued support as we prepare for upcoming exams.
We’re kicking off enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year! One of the highlights this month will be our Enrollment Saturday community event on April 25 from 10am - 1pm at the ESC. This special event is designed to provide a streamlined, supportive enrollment experience for both new and returning families. Beyond enrollment, it will be a joyful celebration filled with music, engaging activities, and meals for the whole family. Click here to RSVP. We look forward to welcoming you there.
In addition, we’re excited to celebrate literacy this spring with the return of our Scholastic Book Fair - an opportunity to inspire a love of reading and learning in every student. And that’s just the beginning – more spring surprises and community moments are on the horizon.
Thank you for your continued partnership in supporting our scholars and school community. Let’s continue to move forward together with purpose, pride, and excitement for all that’s ahead.
With Literacy and Justice for All,
Dr. Rikki Hunt-Taylor
Executive Director
