Parents ~ Guardians ~ Students: This upcoming Thursday, October 20th, will be a Early Release Day for ALL Students. Rogers will be dismissed at 12:30! Class times will be adjusted as follows:

The NACTC Cosmetology Salon Clinic begins October 19,2022. The clinic will provide salon services at a reduced price to the community on Wednesdays between the hours of 9:15 and 12:30pm. Appointments are needed so please call 401 849-0490 to schedule a time slot.

Many of the scholarships listed are online scholarships. The general rule is if the scholarship listed has a link that means the application is online. If the scholarship on the list does not have an online link then the paper application is in Guidance in the filing cabinet under the "Scholarship" sign! (To the right of Ms. Gorman's desk)

For every scholarship you apply for you will need to fill out a Blue Transcript Request form. Those forms are available in Guidance on the table in front of Ms. Gorman's desk. If you are not able to come to Guidance you can email Ms. Gorman @ joanngorman@npsri.net and she will forward you an electronic fillable form.

Monday, October 17 - The Empire Strikes Back at 4:30pm in the Friends' Program Room

Tuesday, October 18 - Bedazzled Pumpkins, just in time for Halloween at 4:30pm in the Friends' Program Room - Small foam pumpkins, paint, glitter, and more will be provided so you can spook us with your creativity. Registration requested for supply purchasing. Walk-ins will be accommodated as supplies allow.

Wednesday, October 19 - Tween Glow in the Dark Party at 4:30pm in the Friends' Program Room

Let’s get this party glowing! Join us for a Glow-in-the-Dark party on October 19 at 6:30pm! We will create glowing gear, play fun games, and make firefly jars. It’ll be the highlight of your evening! Registration requested.

Thursday, October 20 - DnD at 4:30pm in the YA Department - Dungeon Master extraordinaire, Aliesha, is returning for another great, year-long campaign beginning today! Character development began last week, but there's still plenty of time to catch up.

Are you a budding DM willing to be dependable week-to-week? Let us know. We'd love to launch a second campaign. Librarians will even sign off on community service hours for you.

Friday, October 21 - Silent Book Club at 4:30pm in the YA Department and First Chapter Friday at 9:30am on YouTube channel npt ya. Silent Book Club - Show up - read or do homework - get cookies. It's that simple! It's every Friday! We'd love to see you :)
