Blaze Your Own Trail Day - We Need You!
Trailblazer Families,
Our students had such an incredible time at last year’s Blaze Your Own Trail Day, and we are thrilled to announce that it is back this year on Wednesday, December 16th! We would love for YOU to be a part of the magic by sharing your time, skills, or passions with our students.
This exciting day gives our Trailblazers hands-on, interactive opportunities to explore unique interests beyond the classroom. We are looking for parent and community volunteers ready to share their expertise, whether it’s a hobby, career, or special talent!
If you are interested in leading a session and inspiring our Trailblazers, please keep an eye out for our volunteer sign-up link in the Bryant Blast on October 24th.

COUNSELOR TIDBIT
Hello Trailblazer Families! I hope you all have had a great week so far. This week wraps up our first round of Guidance Lessons. The topic covered, "Being Responsible and Making Good Choices." I mentioned to students, during my lessons, the way we feel can drive our choices. I've also explained the choices we make affect them personally or others around them. So I have asked how do they cope when they find themselves in a difficult situation? Not only is it important for children to understand and express their feelings, but the response to those feelings is just as important. Self-control is a major aspect in being able to respond with an expected measure. Children may express to parents or show areas of worry for themselves, families, or friendships. Below are some ideas on how to help your children cope through their difficult times and being in control of their emotions, rather than having their emotions in control of them.

Named by HEB’s Excellence in Education Awards as the Best Large District in the State of Texas, Prosper ISD has an established 67-year history that is grounded in the humble roots of a farming community, now soaring to the fastest growing school district in Texas, due in no small part to the pursuit of excellence in the arts, academics and athletics. Our students and staff are routinely recognized on the local, state, and national levels for outstanding achievements, and our teachers are highly qualified experts who bring out the best in every student.
