Dear District 25 Community,

As mentioned in the October 16 edition of the District 25 Dish, we are continuing the process of refreshing our District’s Strategic Plan Refresh, the roadmap that helps guide our priorities, decisions, and direction for the years ahead.

We are seeking community members and students who are interested in joining our Strategic Plan Refresh Team. This group will work alongside staff and administration, community members, and Board members to help ensure our plan truly reflects who we are as a district and where we want to go together.

Please note that expressing interest does not guarantee participation, but doing so indicates your willingness and availability to attend and actively engage in the sessions if selected.

Meeting Dates:

• Wednesday, November 12 | 3:30–5:30 PM – Orientation (Virtual)

• Thursday, December 11 | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM – Data Retreat (In-Person)

• Tuesday, January 27 | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM – Vision Retreat (In-Person)

• Tuesday, February 24 | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM – Setting Direction Retreat (In-Person)

• Wednesday, March 18 | 3:30 PM–5:30 PM – Recommendation (Virtual)
