• Saturday, October 3: 5 Seasons Marching Invitational (Kingston Stadium, CR)
• Friday, October 9: Home Football Game (Band Senior Night)
• Saturday, October 10: IHSMA State Marching Band and Muskie Marching Invitational
• Wednesday, October 14: Corridor Marching Classic (at Liberty)
• Tuesday, October 20: Liberty Band Extravaganza (Liberty Stadium)
• Friday, October 30: UI Homecoming Parade

Our band relies heavily on family volunteers to accomplish our goals, and we can't thank you all enough for your support! No previous experience necessary for any jobs. Opportunities include helping with uniform fittings, donations of food and water throughout the season, helping our pit percussion on and off the field at performances (comes with a VIP sideline seat to the show!), and helping distribute and return uniforms at games.

• Saturday, October 3: 5 Seasons Marching Invitational (Kingston Stadium, CR)
• Student Call Time: 4:00pm, Liberty Band Room
• Attire: Purple Band shirt, black shorts, long black socks, Speedsters (check weather to determine if additional layers will be necessary)
• Performance Time: 6:45pm

• Wanting to take your student home after our performance instead of having them ride the bus back?
• A parent/guardian (NOT students) will need to fill out this Google Form by October 1st.
• Transportation requests after Oct. 1 will not be accepted - we are traveling with and keeping track of over 210 students.
• Saturday, October 10th: IHSMA State Marching Contest and Muskie Marching Invitational
• Student Call Time: 11:30am, Liberty Band Room
• Attire: Purple Band shirt, black shorts, long black socks, Speedsters (check weather to determine if additional layers will be necessary)
• IHSMA Performance Time: 2:20pm
• Muskie Marching Invitational Performance Time: 9:40pm

This year's event will be on Wednesday, October 14 and will be hosted by Liberty! We will need LOTS of volunteers to help plan for the event and on the day of for concessions, parking, and more. Sign up here if you can help - all volunteers receive free admission and will be able to watch both Liberty and the HMB perform.

Becoming an 'All-State' musician is one of the highest achievements for an individual. Preparing for the audition is many hours of hard work and consistent dedication. Students interested in auditioning should read our 'So you wanna try out for All-State' checklist here.

This includes information on when and how to audition and what students should do to prepare over the summer to be ready for September's pre-auditions (high school bands can only bring 30 students to the audition). Audition materials are released in late July.
