ASVAB Testing

All 11th grade students will have the opportunity to take the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at PSA. The ASVAB is a career exploration and aptitude assessment that helps students identify their strengths, interests, and potential career pathways.

While the ASVAB is commonly associated with military service, taking the assessment does not require or commit a student to joining the military. The results can be a valuable tool for any student as they begin considering college, career, technical training, and other options after high school.

PSA will be using this as a career assessment tool to provide further insights into what students may pursue after high school. Scores from this test WILL NOT be shared directly with military recruiters.

Interested 12th grade students will also have the option to sign up if they are interested in the military as a potential pathway after graduation.

Additional information about testing will be shared with students as the date approaches
