The second grade spelling bees will take place the week of November 11th. Each classroom will hold a spelling bee on Monday, November 11th. We will have a grade level spelling bee on Friday, November 15th. If your Ocelot is interested in participating in the spelling bee, please ensure they are present these days! The Aldridge school wide spelling bee will be held on Wednesday, December 18th.

Please email your Ocelot's homeroom Teacher for a paper copy of the spelling bee word lists.

We are asking that you please make time this week to have a conversation about conflict resolution with your Ocelot. We are having these conversations weekly at school and need your support at home!

Please make sure you have updated all your necessary information in skyward and completed the Release of Student Information Form. This is our main hub of finding how to reach you and our automatic communication systems are linked to this information, as well. If you need help, we highly recommend looking at the information the district has created (linked below) or contacting the helpdesk directly at familyaccess@pisd.edu or 469-752-8767.

Skyward will be utilized to send progress reports on our grade level standards instead of the portfolios that were sent home in previous grades.
