Heart & Stroke - Wellness Week May 26-30
May 26-30 will be Jump Rope for Heart Week at St. Anthony! Students will take part in a variety of fun and heart-healthy activities and challenges to raise awareness about heart health and staying active.
Throughout the week, we’ll be sharing information with students and hosting daily activities that get them moving and learning. The week will wrap up with a school-wide Jump Day on Friday, where students will rotate through stations and enjoy a day full of jump rope fun and fitness!
We are gently encouraging students to bring in a toonie donation, which will be collected and sent to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in support of their important work. If you prefer, donations can also be made anonymously online (link provided below).
Thank you for supporting wellness and active living at St. Anthony. We look forward to a week of fun, learning, and skipping for a great cause!
