Fabby Prescott
I would like to introduce you to Fabby Prescott, our Teacher Aide Lead. In her role, Fabby is responsible for traveling between sites to ensure smooth and effective operations. She plays an instrumental part in the daily management of the day care, before-care, and after-care programs at NRESC.
Fabby is a proud graduate of Montclair State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree with Honors, majoring in TV Production and Digital Media.
Danielle Mete
Hello! My name is Danielle Mete and I am so excited to be part of NRESC at Ramapo Ave Learning Center! I grew up in New Jersey, moved to Florida for a couple of years and returned to be with my family. I hold a New Jersey and Florida Standard Teacher Certification in Nursery School through Sixth grade, a Teacher of Students with Disabilities K-12 and a Middle School with Subject Matter Specialization: English Language Arts/Literacy. I started my career as a 2nd grade teacher then moved to middle school. I stayed home for many years to raise my children who are now 25, 22, and 20 years of age. I began part time and substitute teaching again a while back and ultimately restarted my career in the primary grades over the past 6 years. My role at Ramapo Learning Center is teaching Preschool children ages 3-5 with a “learning through play” approach where the children experience cognitive development, social skills, emotional development, language development, physical development, creativity, discovery and academic success! I could not be happier to have joined this team!
Rebecca Cheung
In my free time, I like to listen to pop music and do arts and crafts. I have a little dog named Ruby. I’m looking forward to a fun and meaningful year with your children!
Raim Ayan
My name is Raim, and I am currently a dedicated teacher’s aide at School 1. With over three years of experience working with children of all ages, I’ve found deep fulfillment in supporting students’ growth and being part of their everyday learning journeys. My previous role as a lunch aide at Hackensack Public Schools allowed me to build strong connections with students in a different setting, ensuring their well-being and helping to create a positive, safe environment during the school day.
As a mother of five wonderful adult children, nurturing and guiding young people has always been a central part of my life. I bring patience, understanding, and a calm, steady presence to the classroom. I’m someone who believes every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported—whether academically, socially, or emotionally.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and working out. It helps me maintain a healthy lifestyle and brings balance to my day. Taking care of myself physically allows me to bring my best energy and focus into the classroom.
My personal and professional experiences have taught me the importance of kindness, consistency, and showing up every day with compassion and commitment.
