AMS Weekly Update
February 7, 2025
The Musselwhite Memo
We want to thank our students, staff, Fire Department, Communications Team, and Maintenance Department for their exceptional work this morning. When the fire alarm sounded, our staff and students responded immediately following our safety protocols. The building was checked to be sure we could safely return and we were back to work! We truly appreciate the diligence our first responders and maintenance crew.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. Remember to be the difference and have a great Bearcat Day!

Bearcat of Character
Kindness: 8th Grader - Ryder Watkins
Ryder Watkins exemplifies the character trait of KINDNESS. He is such a pleasant young man with impeccable manners. Ryder ALWAYS says thank you to me for EVERYTHING, including when he is simply leaving class period for the day. He is polite and helpful to his friends and classmates. Lunch Deliveries
In the event that you need to deliver lunch to your student, please follow the steps below:
- Please remember that you may only provide lunch for your student. No group lunches (pizzas, party packs, etc.) allowed!
- Please be sure that the lunch is clearly labeled with your student's first and last name.
- Upon entering AMS, please place your student's lunch in the bin assigned to your student's grade level lunch.
- The bins will be delivered at the start of each lunch period. Students will be responsible for getting their lunches from the bin.
Again, we request that you limit lunch deliveries when possible. Also, in order to limit distractions, we will not call students out of class to receive lunches.
Thank you for your help with this!
