HSSL Weekly Parent Update Update
School Survey, Senior Events, BHM Highlights
✅ NYC School Survey
Every year, we ask families, teachers, and staff of grades 3-K through 12, and students in grades 6–12 to take the NYC School Survey. The survey gives school leaders a better understanding of what members of their school community think about their school. The information collected by the survey is designed to support a dialogue among all members of the school community about how to make the school a better place to learn.
Step 1: Get What You Need to Start
If your child attends an NYCPS, you will need your child's nine-digit student identification number (OSIS) to begin the survey online. You can find the OSIS number on your child's report card or student ID. If you cannot locate it, contact me via email Pcraig2@schools.nyc.gov
Step 2: Enter Your Access Code
- NYCPS and Charter School Families
Enter a lowercase “f” followed by your child’s nine-digit OSIS number (example: f123456789).
Step 3: Complete the Survey!
Each week when you return your paper survey to Mx. Craig in room 1E4 or complete your survey online families and students will be entered into a raffle for some of our excellent HSSL spirit wear and swag. Winners will be drawn and announced on Instagram every Monday until April 1st.
