Thank you to all of our Silver Fox students and families for coming out on Thursday for our First Ever Back-to-School Family Night and for participating in and supporting us

as we celebrate Year 10!

We are so grateful for our amazing students and families, and especially for our incredible teachers and staff, who showcased all the different ways our students can get involved and find their place at the Fox Den!

What a wonderful way to kick off the school year and celebrate 10 years of our Silver Fox community! Thank you for helping make tonight a SUCCESS-Nothing Less

Just in time for TOMS Family Night! Our Decade Rooted in Success banner is officially finished and on display! As you’revisiting the school today, be sure to stop by and take a look. Can you spot your teacher's roots within the TEN OAKS letters?

The banner is currently hanging in the lunchroom, where it will serve as tonight’s photo booth backdrop. After Family Night, it will find its permanent home on the cafeteria wall!

A huge thank you to Mr. Mike Tomasko and our Year 10 Celebration Committee for helping bring this special project to life. TOMS staff members contributed a landmark representing their hometown, along with a brief description, highlighting the many different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives that make up our TOMS family.

Here’s to our roots, our journey, and the next chapter of the TOMS story!

Happy 10th Anniversary, TOMS!

TOMS PLAY IT FORWARD: My Jersey! My Bow! Make an Impact!

Every game day, our TOMS B-Team Football players and Cheerleaders have the opportunity to “Play It Forward” by sharing their jersey or bow with a TOMS staff member who has made a positive impact on them.

It’s a simple gesture with a powerful message: the people who encourage, support, and inspire us matter!

Here are just a few of the special jersey and bow shares from today - tonight is our home opener game vs Conway Middle. We love seeing our players recognize the adults who make a difference in their lives!

Keep playing it forward, TOMS!

Thsi week we celebrated International Literacy Day at Ten Oaks Middle School by having our Silver Foxes Stop, Sit, and Read during TOMS Time!

This year, students are challenged to read 4,000 pages by May 21st! Students who meet the challenge will get to select a book from several great choices, and our Top 10 readers will also receive a special Surprise Bag filled with some extra treats!

TOMS and Domino’s are teaming up to support our National History Day students at Ten Oaks Middle School!

For 10 years, we have used National History Day to help students develop critical analysis, argument-building, research, and historical thinking skills. Many of your children have participated in this program, and for the past 8 years in a row, we have been fortunate enough to send students to the National Competition!

The proceeds from this fundraiser help cover the costs of supplies, registration, and travel associated with the three levels of competition.

And if you love pizza, this is a STEAL!

Buy one large pizza and get a second large pizza FREE!

The Slice the Price Card pays for itself after just ONE use and can be used as often as you like through June 30, 2027. More than 1,700 Domino’s locations accept the card!

Get your card here:

https://store.dominos.cards/57534

A HUGE thank you to everyone who supported us by purchasing a card over the past two years! Even if you only used it twice, you saved money — and every purchase helps our students.

These cards are also great for families, clubs, organizations, feeding a group of kids, or even stocking stuffers for Christmas!

The fundraiser ends September 28!

Support our National History Day students and get your pizza while it's free!

Thank you for supporting our students and their journey to Nationals!

While stops and times for most Horry County buses are fairly established, it is a good idea for parents to reach out to their local bus office at the beginning of the year to verify stop times and locations.

You can click the link, https://forms.gle/Fj3Hu5kLqcZLJWW58 for a form to request information on stops. The forms will be worked and you will be emailed back the stop bus number and times. This may speed up the process as phone lines will be busy.
