Congratulations to our Choir, Band and Orchestra students for the amazing 50th celebration help on Saturday to honor the many directors and alumni who have participated in our music program over the last 5 decades. Such an amazing afternoon!

Spring Sport Sign Ups

Spring sports begin Monday, Feb. 28 and Registration is currently open. Any student athlete interested in baseball, softball, golf, tennis, track/field and girls lacrosse should go to the lakeridgeathletics.com website to begin the clearance process. You'll need to register your athlete via the Register my Athlete link at the top right side of the website. Please do not pay through RMA, but rather drop off a sports check or use the Lakeridge High School webstore.

If you need a form for the sports physical, please go to the 'more' tab on Lakeridgeathletics.com and you'll see OSAA Sports Physical that you can print to take to the doctor. All sports physicals are good for 2 years from the date of the physical.

The National Honor Society sent invitations through email to all eligible sophomores and juniors (minimum of 3.5 cumulative GPA) on Friday, February 18, with applications and instructions. Workshops will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, focused on helping students successfully fill out the application. Specific information on the workshops and the deadlines are all included in the email. The email is from Janell Cinquini so look for that name in your inbox! The Winter Formal will be hosted by ASB on Saturday, 2/26 from 8-11 PM @ the Melody Event Center Ballroom in Portland. Tickets are currently being sold for $40 this week. Please purchase your tickets at the bookkeepers window during school each day. No ticket will be available at the door. All Pacers are welcome to attend and you may bring guests of LOHS if you would like. No guests will be allowed from outside of the district for this dance.

We will need parent volunteers to help that night so if you are interested in helping out with this awesome event please sign up here.

Order your 2022 Winter Formal Corsages and Boutonnieres from Lakeridge's very own Lois Moll! Open to all classes. Proceeds go to the 2022 Graduation Party. To order, fill out the form here.

Applications are now open for students in grades 6-12 to participate in the Outside the Art Room – Youth Art Showcase + Auction. If you would like to show or sell your art, click this link or visit @LOTeenLounge's bio and apply! Deadline to apply is March 8; participation is free and open to any artists currently in 6-12th grade. We only ask that artists donate a piece to our silent auction. All proceeds will go to CHAP, or the Children's Healing Arts Project.

Outside The Art Room takes place Friday, March 18; 6-8pm at CCP, 1060 Chandler Rd. Artists must be available to sit at their booth during the show.

From 2/17-3/4 we will be offering our new and limited theme, It's a Zoo! Show your Pacer Spirit in one of our limited animal print sweatshirts. All orders are $15 and these themes will be discontinued for the school year after March, 4th. Select the logo you would like and then from the dropdown select the size and color you would like. All orders will be picked up at the Lakeridge Student Store. Our standard five Lakeridge Favorite designs are always available. Get them early!

Lakeridge class of 2023 is collecting bottles and cans to raise money for local environmental organizations. To help raise money, pickup blue bags from the LHS front office or by texting these numbers: 503-875-6078, 503-705-2868. Fill your bags with bottles or cans and text the listed numbers for pick up/drop off information. Thanks for your support!
