IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO JOIN FALL SPORTS TEAMS!!

The 2024-2025 Sports Registration (on Formreleaf.com) is open for the Fall 2024, the Winter 2024-2025 and the Spring 2025 athletics for grades 7-12.

Please be aware that all athletes MUST have an UP TO DATE Physical form on file. Slate Valley School District recommends a yearly check up, but the VPA rules are every two years.

• Also open to students in grades 9 and 10 - $18 fee; must pay at time of registration

• Registration deadline: Mon, Sept 16

• Register with the School Counseling Office

School Day SAT Exam - Thurs 10/24 @ 8am - FHU Gym

• Especially for Seniors

• Open to Junior as well

• Registration deadline: Mon, Sept 30

• Exam is $60 per student; must pay at time of registration

• Fee Waivers may be available for eligible students

12th Grade students may apply for their Senior Privileges when school begins (8/29/24). This process may take several days. It is reasonable for seniors to expect their privileges to not go into effect any sooner than September 3rd (this, of course, is assuming all paperwork is completed and the student is deemed 'eligible' based upon credits earned). The form was handed out at the opening day assembly. Extra copies may be found in the main office or can be printed from the link below.

Next Thursday we will celebrate students that made Principal's List during the 2nd semester of last school year. This assembly will happen after attendance in Advisory.

Bring your smiles! Next Friday is Picture Day. We will have Stafford students go first (before their bus leaves) and then call groups down throughout the morning.

Get involved in Student Government and make a difference! This is a great opportunity to develop leadership skills that will follow you throughout your life!
