Dear PES Families,

There’s always a lot happening at the end of the school year!
This week, our 4th graders had a great time up north at Cannon Mountain. One of our 3rd grade classes enjoyed a visit to MacDowell Dam, and the 4th graders also toured SMS. We wrapped up the week with one of our students’ favorite activities — a dance party! If your child participated in the Reading with Ribby program, a t-shirt and pass to see the game on Wednesday came home with them this week. We hope to see you there!

Field day is next Friday, 6/13, and we are looking for volunteers to help! Please use the link below to sign up.

Field Day 2025

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. There will be 5 rotations of each grade level. They will be at your station 15min. before moving onto next station. Field Day Volunteers arrive at 8:45 in the Gym. First Station starts at 9:15 and ends at 11:30.

Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures

Please remember:

No one is on duty in the morning until 8:25. Please do not drop your child off before this time!

It is also important to follow the afternoon pickup procedures. This is in place for everyone's safety.

When cars park it causes students to run to parents and cars then tend to leave in a direction that isn't following the flow of traffic. Please let family members who may be picking up know too!
