We were able to raise $580 from our September Culvers night and $500 from our October dining night! That's $1,080 in our first two Culver's Dining Nights! That is incredible!
Thank you to everyone in our community for helping to making Dining Out Locally mean a little bit more!
These funds will be used in our General Funds to help fund immediate needs like Teacher Lunches sponsored by the PTO, food and refreshments at many school events, Field Trip Registrations & Instrument rentals for students who cannot afford them, Flexible Seating requests, Technology upgrades in the classrooms, continued improvements to our Audio & Video System and so much more!
Also, we apologize for the confusion with the last Culver's night and the remodeling that was going on inside at Culvers that evening. That was a miscommunication between Culvers and the PTO, and a unique situation with them closing the dining room for a quick overnight remodel. The inside will be open for our December Culver's Night!

VOLUNTEERS: Sign up here to help greet customers and run drive thru orders out to vehicles! This is usually a lot of fun for the kids! :)

10% of ALL sales from 5-8pm will go back to the PTO and be used for classroom upgrades this year, like new Smart Boards and Flexible Seating! Help us make dining out mean more!

The PTO is excited to announce this year's SBS Night at the Bucks Game!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 21st - Bucks game vs the Washington Wizards at 7pm!
This game will also have a "Pre-Game Court Experience" for the kids too. The first 15 kids that are signed up (via their parents/guardians purchasing tickets) will be selected to participate in this pre-game experience. The Bucks communicated to the PTO that this experience will allow those 15 kids to sit on floor, courtside while the Bucks are shooting and warming up! The Bucks will keep track of the first families with noted children signed up and communicate those names to the PTO prior to the game. The PTO will then reach out to you directly to let you know your child(ren) was selected. To participate in the pre-game experience, you MUST arrive to the Bucks probably ONE HOUR EARLIER THAN GAME TIME!

The SBS PTO has a PayPal Giving Fund set up for easy donations to help us fund these upgrades in our kids' classrooms. Check it out and make us your "favorite charity" too! Thank you for your continued support!
Would you like to help the PTO but don't have time to attend every meeting and event? You can help plan and/or implement an individual event or fundraiser. Or you can sign up to volunteer your time during individual events like the Monster Bash, Trunk or Treat and the Book Fair. Or help us run a simple fundraiser for Camp Whitcomb.
Or do you have a special talent, skill or interest (i.e. marketing, event planning, sewing, face painting, etc.) you'd be interested sharing with the PTO?
