Hornet Highlights

Principal's Message:
Hello Hornet Families,
Can you believe we have reached the end of our first grading period? What a wonderful start to the school year! The first grading period ends today, and report cards will be sent home the week of October 19. Our students have worked hard, learned so much, and grown in many ways over the past few months. We are so proud of their efforts and excited to continue watching them learn, grow, and shine throughout the year!
Our parents and families play a crucial role in our continuous school improvement. Please take a few minutes to complete the Harper Elementary Quarter 1 Feedback Survey. Your input is very important to us and helps us continue to grow and make Harper the best it can be for our students and families. Thank you for partnering with us!
🏀 WE’RE LOOKING FOR A GIRLS BASKETBALL COACH! 🏀
Do you love basketball and enjoy working with kids? We’d love to find someone who can help our girls learn, grow, have fun, and build confidence on and off the court! Interested or know someone who would be a great fit? Please reach out to Mrs. Butto! Let’s get our girls on the court!
Next week is Fall Break! There will be no school October 12–16. We hope you and your family enjoy this special time together and have a chance to slow down, relax, and make some memories.
Looking for a few simple ways to enjoy the break together? Try reading a favorite book, taking a nature walk, visiting a local park, playing a board game, baking something together, exploring a new place, or simply enjoying some extra family time.
However you spend your break, we hope it is filled with laughter, rest, and time together. We can't wait to welcome our Hornets back on Monday, October 19!
Together We Fly,
Mrs. Butto
