1. Thank you for an incredible teacher's appreciation week. Hopefully all were well fed.

2. Seniors last day before Finals is this Friday. Please look over the list Bonnie sent you to confirm who is taking finals. Please have Senior Finals in the office by this Friday.

3. We are still giving AP exams this week. Thank you for your patience with the bells. Sherrie has sent an updated AP schedule.

4. I am going to have class meetings with each class to go over the schedule change for next year. I want to do this on Wednesday when there are no AP exams being given. I will send a schedule out of times.

5. We are getting closer to the end of the year. Please keep students on task and focused as much as possible. Please be mindful of who you are sending out into the hallway.

Mrs. Bernardi would like to send out a "Thank You", to Mr. Smith and Logan Hartley for helping the French class with their video project for their exchange school in France!

Miss. Garner would like to send out a "Thank You" to Mrs. Chaffin, Mr. Wiley & Mr. Crain for providing breaks.

Miss. Zinn would like to send out a "Thank You" to Mrs. Corbin, Mrs. McGeehan and Mrs. Swords for giving students accompanying choir time for rehearsal this week.

• Finals for Seniors will be given as follows:

  • Monday, May 18th: A Day Finals

  • Tuesday, May 19th: B Day Finals

• The Awards Program will be held on Tuesday, May 26th beginning at 7:00 pm in the Field House.

• A Senior Breakfast will be held on Wednesday, May 27th beginning at 7:30 am in the Multi.

• Senior Practice for Commencement will be held on Wednesday, May 27th beginning at 8:30 am in the Field House.

• Commencement will be held on Thursday, May 28th beginning at 7:00 pm in the Field House.

REMINDER: ALL tickets must be purchased for Food Prep's "Cookout on the Quad" by May 15th. The ticket price is $20.00 per person and includes hamburgers, hotdogs, drinks, and homemade sides all made by our students. Please bring your own lawn chair for this event. Food Prep Students receive a special ticket price of $10.00 per student. Limited tickets are being sold, be sure to get your tickets before they're all gone! Send payment of cash or check made payable to Oak Glen High School to Ms. Mastrantoni no later than May 15th.

Parents don't miss your last chance to purchase a ticket for Food Prep's Cookout on the Quad. Sales end next week!

1. "The Hancock County Health Department will be coming in the near future to OGHS for sport physicals. More information to be announced when dates are confirmed."

2. Reminder for all Juniors to please get your MCV4 vaccines for senior year.
3. Reminder to any student that is graduating early must also have MCV4 prior to May graduation.

Ms. Mastrantoni's Food Prep Classes are having our first ever, "Cook Out on the Quad"!! Limited tickets are available! Our FIRST set of tickets are on sale NOW! These tickets are only available for Food Prep students and their family. Another announcement will be made when ticket sales are available to the public! Thank you for your support! We can't wait to see you!
