Once a year we see a change in the leadership of our Lodge with the nomination and appointment of new officers. This is a deliberate and important way for our Lodge to grow and advance new members into the leadership of our Lodge. Every year the Exalted Ruler appoints four officers and all of the committee members to their chairs. Most of the time the committee members carry on from one year to the next, but if the incoming ER feels that there is a need for a change, it is his/her prerogative to make changes. These changes are healthy and necessary. Now, changes made by individuals and committees without following proper and respectful procedures, are ultimately detrimental to the Lodge. All committees must report their proposed changes and unbudgeted expenses to the Lodge to receive approval. Please remember that all committees serve the Lodge and at the pleasure of the ER. During the months of February and March there will be budget committee meetings to set the budget for the 2026-27 fraternal year. All committees should present their proposed expenses and incomes for the upcoming year. These inputs will be considered for inclusion into the 2026-27 budget.

Hello All~ Hope you're all enjoyong the snow. By now you should have received your dues statement for 2026-2027, this year the Lodge joined the Grand Lodge billing program.
Dues for fraternal year 2026-2027 are $102.00 for regular members and $72.00 lifetime members. If your dues are not pay by April 1, 2026, you will be considered delinquent and you will
not be able to take part in Lodge (Social Quarters) activities or attend Lodge meetings. Once your dues are current you can resume all Lodge activities and meetings. If you want to pay with a check please mail the check to PO Box 647 Ouray, CO 81427-0647. If you want to pay with a credit/debit card, I ask you patience for a couple of weeks until the technical details are resolved. Please do not charge your dues at the social quarters (bar). An email will be sent out to all members explaining the new process for online payment of dues as soon as it is resolved.
