Oakland Schools would like to invite you to attend our AI Summit Series. The AI Summit Series is a three-part event that aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in education and its potential to transform teaching and learning. Each part of the series focuses on a different aspect of AI in education and provides insights into how educators and learners can benefit from this emerging technology. By attending all three parts of the series, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of AI in education, including its benefits, challenges, and future opportunities.

The AI Summit Series is designed for educators, instructional coaches, administrators, directors, and anyone interested in exploring the potential of AI to transform education.

Series Event 3: AI and Beyond

AI and Beyond will be hosted on Monday, November 13th, 2023, at Oakland Schools from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tara Nattrass, Managing Director of Innovation Strategy from ISTE, will be joining us to help educators find a balance between innovation and responsible implementation. In this session, we will share resources for implementing guidelines that support educators in embracing the opportunities and mitigating the risks.
